Kerala PSC Post Eligibility Criteria

Lower Division Typist Post

Educational Qualification

Must have passed SSLC or its equivalent.
Should possess a Lower Grade Certificate in KGTE Malayalam Typewriting or an equivalent qualification.
Candidate should also hold a Lower Grade Certificate in Typewriting English (KGTE) and Computer Word Processing or an equivalent qualification.

Note: For candidates who cleared KGTE Typewriting before January 2002, an additional requirement is to have obtained a separate certificate in Computer Word Processing or its equivalent prior to the application’s last date set by the Commission.

Age Limit

The minimum and maximum age to apply for the post is 18 and 36 years and the candidate must satisfy the age criteria prescribed by the officials.

Salary

Candidates who will be selected will get a salary that ranges between Rs 26500- 60700 per month as prescribed by the officials.

Selection Procedure

The candidates will have to appear for a Written Test/OMR/Online test for selection
