Kerala PSC Post Eligibility Criteria

Drawing Teacher (High School): 4 Posts

Educational Qualification

• Must have cleared SSLC or an equivalent qualification.
• Should possess one of the following:
  • Certificate in Drawing and Painting (Two-year course) from the Commissioner for Government Examinations, Kerala
  • Diploma in Painting issued by the Commissioner for Government Examinations, Kerala
  • Group Certificate in Drawing (KGTE or MGTE)
  • Bachelor of Fine Arts preparatory Examination from the University of Kerala
  • B.F.A (Condensed) Degree in Painting from the University of Kerala
  • National Diploma in Fine Arts (5-year course) awarded by the Commissioner for Government Examinations or Director of Technical Education
  • Group Diploma in Drawing (KGTE or MGTE)
  • National Diploma in Applied Arts from the College of Fine Arts, Thiruvananthapuram
  • B.F.A Degree in Applied Arts from the University of Kerala
  • B.F.A. (Sculpture) from the University of Kerala
  • Certificate course Examination in Commercial Art issued by the Government of Kerala
  • B.F.A Degree in Painting from the University of Kerala
  • Kerala Government Certificate Examination in Fine Arts
• Should have cleared the Kerala Teacher Eligibility Test (K-TET-IV) conducted by the Government of Kerala.

Age Limit

The minimum and maximum age to apply for the post is 18 and 40 years and the candidate must satisfy the age criteria prescribed by the officials.

Salary

Candidates selected will get a salary ranging between Rs 35600- 75400 per month as prescribed by the officials.
